1. Seller and scope
The online shop dual-escape.com is operated by Dual Escape, Monthey, Switzerland — e-mail: contact@dual-escape.com (“the Seller”).
These terms apply to orders delivered to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
2. Products and prices
Prices in CHF, VAT included (if applicable), plus shipping. Shipping fees are shown before order confirmation. Currently no VAT is charged. Promo codes (e.g. NOEL5) apply per their rules.
3. Order
By confirming the order, the customer accepts these terms and the contract is formed. Confirmation is sent by e-mail. Contact via the contact form or contact@dual-escape.com if needed.
4. Payment
Payment online by card (and any wallets offered at checkout) via the payment provider shown at checkout. The Seller does not store card data.
5. Delivery
Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 9.– per order — free from CHF 120.– (product subtotal). Indicative 3 to 10 business days. Some items ship via partner suppliers. Report damage or errors within 5 days via the contact form.
6. Return right (10 days)
Voluntary 10-day return right from receipt. Submit via the Flexible Refund form from My account → Orders, including file uploads. Return only after approval. Return shipping at the customer’s expense. Product price refunded (excluding outbound shipping) within 14 days.
7. Legal warranty
Statutory Swiss warranty for defects applies and is not limited by section 6.
8. Liability
Liability as provided by law; excluded for slight negligence where permitted. Personal injury and mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
9. Privacy

10. Governing law
Swiss law. Venue Monthey (Switzerland), subject to mandatory consumer forums.
